As a global affiliate of Gifts In Kind International, the Resource Center receives products from Fortune 500 retail corporations such as Bed Bath and Beyond, Office Depot, Staples, Macys, Dilliards, Bealls, Ross, Lord and Taylor, Linen and Things, Sears Corporation, Comp USA, Brandsmart and many, many more.

Products are comprised of overstocked, discontinued items, products with minor damage or simply donated goods given for the benefit of 501(C)(3) organizations and the constituency they serve daily.

Products and good may only be received as donations and may not be resold or resold under any circumstances.

Each product received will be assessed a Transport and Administration Fee (TAF) to cover the costs associated with transport, warehousing, administration and donation. TAFs will be assessed by the Global Affiliate organization, namely Redemptive Life Urban Initiatives Corporation and may be clearly marked on the product itself.

Purchasor expressly acknowledges that goods acquired through RLUIC GIK Program Network are acquired “as is”. RLUIC makes no warranty express or implied as to the condition of such goods or their suitability for use or consumption. RLUIC expressly disclaims any responsibility for defect, damage or other alteration of any of the products distributed herein and purchaser hereby expressly waives any and all right of action, liability or claims and shall hold RLUIC harmless against same.
